Virgin Mobile KSA has been recognized for Best Customer Experience and Improved Results in the Middle East at G-SUMMIT Middle East 2018.
The Best Customer Experience award recognized Virgin Mobile KSA for being the operator that has placed the customer at the front and center of its business by delivering the best customer experience possible.
Virgin Mobile KSA was crowned as the leading company in the Kingdom at the annual Middle East G-Summit event organized by Genesys on 10 April 2018 at the Armani Hotel Dubai. The event is considered as one of the most important annual events to honor the companies that offer the best customer experiences based on the advanced techniques of Genesys.
The award came after the CITC announced at the end of 2017 that Virgin Mobile KSA was the telecom operator with the lowest number of customer complaints among its competitors in 2017, confirming the company’s commitment to support and promote “Customer Experience” as one of the key pillars to ensure rewarding experiences for its customers.
