Virgin Mobile is launched in Kuwait!
The wait is over, Virgin Mobile has officially launched its operations in Kuwait on May 25th, 2022, as the first fully digitalized mobile service provider in the country.
The company promises to offer great products, excellent service and a brilliant first-class customer experience that will change people’s lives with more data and content offers.
As the fourth mobile operator now in the country, Virgin Mobile Kuwait will cement its position as the leading digital telco injecting bold, fresh and fun offers and experiences.
Today (May 25th, 2022) Virgin Mobile Kuwait welcomes exclusively for 24 hours all members who reserved their numbers to its six booth locations across major shopping malls – The Avenues, 360, Al Kout Mall, Virgin Megastore, Sulayil Al Jahra Mall and The Assima Mall.
From tomorrow (May 26th), and for the next six weeks, those booths will be fully open for all consumers in Kuwait wishing to join the Virgin Mobile Kuwait family.
Virgin Mobile Kuwait Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Benoit Janin said the team was super excited to launch.
“We are offering generous joining bonuses and two free content streaming services with any plan – Starzplay for movies and series and Anghami for music,” Mr. Janin said.
“Everyone who joins Virgin Mobile Kuwait will never need to pay for a music or movie subscription ever again.
“For all members who pre-booked numbers, we doubled the bonus so they can get up to 20KD off their first plan, as a thank you for waiting for us to launch.
“We also encourage e-SIMS to all members who have a mobile ID because it’s so convenient to activate from the comfort of your home and is very flexible to use as and when you wish.”
Mr. Janin added that the Virgin Mobile Kuwait team had a simple goal to Make Mobile Better and be the straight-up, authentic operator who was flexible and fast to give the market what it wants.
Included is providing immersive digital experiences in the Metaverse.
